“Triple F was never designed to be just another gym. From the start it has been about using athletics as a tool to shape who athletes become.” Lee Smith, Founder, Triple F Blount County
Lee played eleven seasons in the NFL. Blount County is home now. It is where he and his family live, where his kids are growing up, and it is the community he is pouring into. Triple F Blount County is his, and he is opening it for the athletes and families who live here.

Triple F was never built to be a drop-off gym. Three programs cover every age in the house, from a seven year old learning to move to the parent who still competes at something. The same floor, the same coaches, the same standard, in a Christ-centered environment built to develop the whole person. Parents are not sitting in a lobby waiting on practice to end.

Coordination, speed mechanics, and the habit of training well, long before load ever matters.

The flagship program. Tested, placed on the ladder, and developed for the long term.

The same standard for the parents, built around a real schedule and whatever you are training for.
“We will not just be building better athletes. We will be shaping leaders, husbands, wives, and world changers.” Lee Smith, Founder
LTAD is the systematic, habitual development of athleticism over time. It is not a workout. It is a system built around the athlete, designed to improve performance, reduce injury risk, and build the confidence and competence to compete and thrive.
In practice, we do not sort athletes by age or by sport. We assess where each athlete actually is across eight athletic qualities, place them on a five-stage ladder, and move them up it, rep by rep, reassessed every 90 to 120 days.
Every athlete is assessed across eight athletic qualities. That score sets the stage on the ladder, and it is retested every 90 to 120 days, so progress is a number you can see rather than a feeling. Families follow the whole thing in the Triple F app.
App screens show sample data.
One number out of 52. It sets the stage on the ladder, and the coach note underneath says what to work on next.
The athlete's eight-quality shape laid over the profile of an ideal prospect at their position, on the same percentile scale, so every gap is honest.
Every test they have taken, in real units, with personal records marked as they land.
The blue button in the middle of the app nav is check-in. Athletes scan in at the door, so attendance keeps itself.
You are Fortified at 41 of 52, and Fast is three points out. Lower body power is already carrying you, so the quickest road runs through elasticity.

Walk the training floor, see how the space works, and learn who will coach your athlete.
We talk through their sport, their season, and where they are right now, then show you what their first block of training would look like.
How testing works, how the ladder works, what membership costs, and what your family is committing to. No pressure and no surprises.
Online tour requests will open after the capture, notification, and schedule checks are approved.
Until the doors open in Midland Plaza, Alcoa.
