Why Blount County
Triple F was never designed to be just another gym. From the start it has been about using athletics as a tool to shape who athletes become. Lee Smith, Founder, Triple F Blount County
Retired NFL Lives in Blount County Founder, Triple F Blount County

Lee played eleven seasons in the NFL. Blount County is home now. It is where he and his family live, where his kids are growing up, and it is the community he is pouring into. Triple F Blount County is his, and he is opening it for the athletes and families who live here.

The whole family
can train like a pro

Triple F was never built to be a drop-off gym. Three programs cover every age in the house, from a seven year old learning to move to the parent who still competes at something. The same floor, the same coaches, the same standard, in a Christ-centered environment built to develop the whole person. Parents are not sitting in a lobby waiting on practice to end.

Long-Term
Athletic Development

LTAD is the systematic, habitual development of athleticism over time. It is not a workout. It is a system built around the athlete, designed to improve performance, reduce injury risk, and build the confidence and competence to compete and thrive.

In practice, we do not sort athletes by age or by sport. We assess where each athlete actually is across eight athletic qualities, place them on a five-stage ladder, and move them up it, rep by rep, reassessed every 90 to 120 days.

STAGE 01
Foundation
Learn the patterns. Own your own body first.
STAGE 02
Fit
Build the engine and the base of real work capacity.
STAGE 03
Fortified
Get strong enough to hold up under a full season.
STAGE 04
Fast
Turn that strength into speed that shows on the field.
STAGE 05
Freak
The top of the ladder. Earned, never assigned.
Form Move well before you move heavy.
Force Build the strength the movement can now hold.
Function Turn strength into speed and power that transfers.
How we know where they are

Tested, scored, and tracked

Every athlete is assessed across eight athletic qualities. That score sets the stage on the ladder, and it is retested every 90 to 120 days, so progress is a number you can see rather than a feeling. Families follow the whole thing in the Triple F app.

The score

One number out of 52. It sets the stage on the ladder, and the coach note underneath says what to work on next.

The archetype match

The athlete's eight-quality shape laid over the profile of an ideal prospect at their position, on the same percentile scale, so every gap is honest.

The numbers over time

Every test they have taken, in real units, with personal records marked as they land.

The blue button in the middle of the app nav is check-in. Athletes scan in at the door, so attendance keeps itself.
